This was my final year university project. I wanted to create a fresh experience for confectionary packaging, by using narrative elements within the packaging. I used different characters on the inside wrappings to reinforce the outer packaging. The idea was for the wrappings of the characters to be collectible, to enhance the overall appeal of the product. It was particularly aimed to appeal to the more eccentric customers of a shop such as Typo. Teens can mix and match and collect them all! The wrappings are all quirky caricatures of people of different social / cultural backgrounds, and create a sort of parody about them.
